Nouvelle Vague rouge is a selection of very old vines of Carignan in Corbières with refreshing Syrah and Grenache from south of Roussillon. Fresh Cinsault from high altitude vineyards in the Minervois complete the blend. Bottled without fining after a gentle filtration
